These items are typically exempt from import duties as they are produced locally.

Items Fulfilled in China (including sneakers):
Important: As of May 2025, the U.S. government has ended the "de minimis" duty-free exemption ($800 threshold) for shipments originating from China. Items fulfilled in China (including sneakers) will now be subject to import duties and flat fees regardless of the order value. These charges are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

■ 課税の目安
一般的に、1回のご注文合計金額（商品代金＋送料等）に基づく課税価格が一定額を超えた場合に課税対象となります。（目安：約16,666円を超える場合）
※関税・消費税が発生する場合、その合計額は商品代金の約10%〜15%前後となるケースが一般的です。（上記はあくまで目安であり、税関の判断や品目により変動いたします）

■ お支払い方法

　Delivery may take longer than estimated due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics conditions.

返品について

【商品不良・誤送の場合 / Defective or Incorrect Items】

お届けした商品に重大な欠陥（破れ、プリントミス、配送破損等）があった場合、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、速やかに対応させていただきます。
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will take immediate action.

1. オリジナルデザイン商品 (Original Design Items) - アメリカ・日本対応
商品到着後14日以内に、不備箇所の写真を添えてご連絡ください。製作拠点の確認を経て、良品との交換または返金にて対応いたします。
※規定により、受取から30日を過ぎた報告は一切お受けできませんのでご注意ください。
Please contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

2. セレクト商品 (Selected Items) - 日本国内限定
提携拠点の規約に基づき、到着後3日以内に必ずご連絡ください。また、返送が必要な場合は到着後7日以内に手続きを完了していただく必要がございます。
For selected items, please contact us within 3 days. Returns must be completed within 7 days.

【初期不良・検品についての補足 / Notes on Inspection】

海外提携拠点との連携および保証期限の都合上、上記期限を過ぎた商品や、ご使用済み、タグを紛失された商品につきましては、対応いたしかねます。商品到着後、速やかに開封し状態をご確認いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
